Unstaged

I get quite a few requests to help stage vacant homes. Sometimes I just do “vignettes” to give people an idea of how a room could look. However, sometimes we have to do some real Reno work as in this kitchen. The top cupboards really made the room seem cut up and was claustrophobic for the cook.

Staged

By removing this bank of cupboards, painting the rest of the cupboards and adding updated hardware we now have a room that any family can enjoy. In this case, we rented the table and chairs and brought in some colourful accessories. The house sold quickly after the work was done.
